1. What this is

Compliance Portal ("the Service") is a free tool that generates informational checklists about regulatory requirements that may apply to clinics operating in the United States, based on the clinic type, state, services, and staffing you provide. The Service is offered as-is, at no charge, and may be embedded on third-party websites.

2. Not legal advice

The Service does not provide legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Checklists, requirements, risk levels, and source links are generated from general regulatory information and may be incomplete, outdated, or inapplicable to your specific situation. Requirements flagged "legal review recommended" should always be reviewed by a licensed attorney or qualified compliance professional in your state before you rely on them. You are solely responsible for verifying compliance with applicable law before launching or operating a clinic.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Regulations change frequently and may not be reflected in the Service at any given time.

Do not submit patient health information (PHI), patient records, or any patient-identifiable information through the Service. Do not use the Service to scrape, resell, or redistribute its content at scale without permission. Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service.

6. Submitting your information

If you submit your email address or other details through a checklist or lead form, you agree that we (and the partner site you may be using the Service through) may contact you about your compliance checklist. See our Privacy Policy for details on how that information is used and stored.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
